Each year the Mid-Cumberland Arts League sponsors:

Aspiring young dancers learn from the best at the Ballet Masters Class, part of the annual Ballet Weekend.
This annual event is sponsored by the Mid- Cumberland Arts League and the APSU Center for Excellence in the Creative Arts
(with the help of a grant from the Tennessee Arts Commission).

As part of the ongoing Arts-in-Education programs sponsored by Mid Cumberland Arts League, opportunities to explore the fine arts are provided to the area school children with productions such as historic plays.

Area Fourth graders explore the fine arts in music, theater, dance and the visual arts at the annual Fine Arts Field Trip, a day-long adventure at APSU. Sponsored by Mid Cumberland Arts League and APSU Center for Excellence in the Creative Arts, this event exposes children to the wonders of The Nashville Ballet, the Nashville Symphony and the creative talents of many area artists.
